Join us in our beautiful candlelit space at Warriewood Surf Club, as
Jenny leads you through a blissful flowing movement practice with meditation and breath work followed by Yoga Nidra accompanied by a deeply relaxing sound healing by Paulien from White Raven Healing.
You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and energised.
