This Sunset Flow class is a vibrant, re-energising mid-week practice emphasising breath, strength, core, balance and flexibility. We strengthen what is weak and release what is stuck.
The benefits can translate into your daily life and activities helping you to prevent and recover from injury, improve joint and overall health, increase focus and calmness of mind and endurance. You’ll also become more compassionately connected to your body.
We finish with a delicious sound healing and meditation.
