Jenny’s story

Jenny is originally from the UK and comes from a background of classical dance. In 2000 she made the transition from running her own dance studio to follow her passion for yoga. Since then she has taught in various yoga studios, corporate classes, facilitating yoga retreats in exotic locations, running seasonal day retreats and private coaching.
She has completed intensive training in both Ryoho (Japanese) and Hatha (Indian) Yoga traditions. Studying with renowned teachers, Andzej Gospodarczyk, Mark Obrien, Sylviane James, Nikola Ellis and inspired by Eoin Finn, Usha Devi, Andrew Mournehis and Gwyn Williams.

Deeply rooted in the flow of nature, Japanese yoga changes every season to suit internal and external changes, both in your body and the surrounding environment. This style of yoga incorporates meridians and organs within the body to external elements in nature.

Jenny teaches Yoga + Pilates on Tuesdays at 8:45am
