Lifelong Yoga

Mondays

WITH LIZ BENNETT
This class, with Physiotherapist+ Yoga Therapist Liz, is a perfect way to start your week. Take care of your joints, improve balance and confidence, and also experience the peaceful aspects of yoga by the ocean.
Classes will include yoga poses, taught so that you can adapt to how you feel and develop your unique relationship with your body, breathing techniques for calming and centering the mind, meditation and subtle yogic physiology.
For anyone interested in beginning or deepening their yoga journey and finding a renewed sense of connection and a calmer mind at any age.

This class is held in – studio and can be attended via Zoom on request.

Calm Yoga

Mondays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

WITH LIZ BENNETT
Calm Yoga combines gentle movement and generous relaxation to settle your nervous systems and set you up for a calmer week ahead.
Beginners to experienced yogis – all welcome.

Jenny’s Tuesday classes are a fusion of Yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on core strength, stability of the spine, flexibility, balance and the union of body, mind and breath. These classes are suitable for all ages, levels and abilities.

Sunset Balanced Flow Class

Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

WITH ALLAHNA JAYLA
This Sunset Flow class is a vibrant, re-energising mid-week practice emphasising breath, strength, core, balance and flexibility. We strengthen what is weak and release what is stuck.

The benefits can translate into your daily life and activities helping you to prevent and recover from injury, improve joint and overall health, increase focus and calmness of mind and endurance. You’ll also become more compassionately connected to your body.

We finish with a delicious sound healing and meditation.

The class is suitable for all-even if you think you are too inflexible for yoga!
Options are given to suit every body in the room.

Sunrise Balanced Flow

Fridays 7:00am – 8:00am

Release your week away as the sun rises over Warriewood Beach. Balanced Practice Flow classes balance therapeutic movement with the subtlety of breath and moving meditation, blending Liz’s physiotherapy know-how and the tools of yoga. Each student is offered an individualised experience of breath, body and mind, to cultivate a calm mind, resilient body and a deeper sense of integrated health. Liz’s group classes can be helpful in recovery from injury and pain.

Serene Sundays

Sundays ( Monthly) 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM

WITH PENNY LUCAS
Penny’s monthly Serene Sunday class creates the perfect bookend to your weekend to set you up for a calm and connected week.
The aim is restoration as Penny guides you slowly & mindfully towards a long blissful relaxation through yoga nidra.
Nowhere to go and nothing to do except to be in the moment with your body and breath.
