It was those brief and delicious moments of quiet stillness that kept Penny coming back for more in her initial yoga explorations.

Early motherhood hastened a deeper dive into regular practice and ultimately on to train as a teacher right here on the Northern Beaches.
Since then, Penny has come to enthusiastically embrace the slower pace of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra and believes they are as close to a panacea for our times as you can get.
Penny’ s work as a counsellor informs her focus on supporting the nervous system through gentle and accessible movement and breath practices.

Calm Yoga with Penny combines gentle movement and generous relaxation to settle the nervous system and float you back to your world in a bubble of bliss.

Calm Yoga is on Thursday evenings 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
