This 10 week course invites you to begin or deepen your yoga practice.
Develop strength and safe alignment in yoga postures.
Explore the subtle and contemplative aspects of yoga.
Learn tools to reduce stress, improve balance and feel calm vitality.
In this course, Physiotherapist+ Yoga therapist Liz will help you to experience the principles of yoga, develop your strength, stability and confidence, and also experience the calming aspects of yoga.
This course can be attended by people who live with persistent pain and chronic conditions. It is for anyone interested in beginning or deepening their yoga journey; for a strong and supple body and a calmer mind at any age.
New and existing students are welcome to use their membership or class card and attend this course casually.
