Grounding our energies with a special summer Full Moon Yin Yoga
incorporating yin yoga,
connecting with the breath and expressing ourselves through movement
with live music from our friends Goldfynch.
Guided by Leah Sizeland.
Enjoy connecting afterwards with teas and ayurvedic snacks.
Wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available for use on the night. We look forward to sharing a special evening together, lit by the full moon.
With love, Leah, Niyati and Gavin.
Leah ‘s classes are infused with her great love for the five element philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her sensitive planning encourages our bodies and minds to attune to the cyclical rhythms of nature, offering us both a rich sense of oneness and harmony with the country on which we live and practice, but also space for our own personal insights and reflection.
Her Yin and sound journeys offer a deepening connection to self and also serve as a wonderful way to be a part of the diverse community that has grown from her classes and events down at the Warriewood Surf Club.
Leah’s passion is to create and connect community through breath, sound and yin yoga.
Deeply personal and poetic, this award winning Sydney-based alt pop band have travelled the world performing together. Goldfynch share musical stories, drawing you into a space of fragility, beauty and depth that encompasses many facets of the collective human experience.
Goldfynch is the true musical marriage of husband and wife team Gavin and Niyati Libotte who share their mutual love of music, the individual life and collective experience, through the art form of song-writing.
