Come to Bali’s best yoga retreat set in the hidden garden paradise of Jeda Villas in Pemuteran. Join the Yoga Teacher Training Immersion this December 3 – 10th 2024 with Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Australia Mentor, Amelia Disspain, and Yoga Therapist and Physiotherapist Liz Bennett.
Deepen your own personal sadhana through the advanced group practices morning and evening.

Our experiential retreat workshops will help you develop into a confident and powerful teacher and make lifelong connections with other trainees. Ongoing online support and a beautiful bound training manual and retreat journal to take home and treasure as a resource for class planning and personal inspiration.

We care about developing strong yoga teachers who can share lessons from traditional practices and modern science and who understand the power of yoga for physical and mental health.
Everyone has a purpose and a powerful message to share. This teacher training will support you to express your unique gifts in a clear and authentic way.
Anyone wishing to take their teaching and practice to a deeper level is welcome to join us. You will be immersed in yoga and teaching practice with the support of your experienced teachers, fabulous Ayurveda inspired meals and the stunning tropical surroundings of Jeda Villa in North West Bali.

This training is for you if:

  • you have been teaching for a while after graduating for your yoga teacher training and want to step up your practice and teaching, set time to up-level your own practice and honour yourself with a restorative Bali retreat whilst learning new skills.
  • your previous yoga teacher training didn’t cover assisting and adjusting and you would like to develop your adjusting skills with expert guidance and feedback. You’re keen to provide wholistic yoga adjustments which teach, support and guide students to find new pathways and freedom in their body, breath and mind.
  • you would like to share a week of yoga, workshops and learnings with other yoga teachers and like minded souls
  • you feel less inspired to teach yoga than you used to, but still sense a deep value in teaching as a long term practice.
  • you’re feeling a bit isolated as a yoga teacher, and ready for a new connection with senior yoga teachers and practitioners, who also face challenges of teaching and the changing business of yoga in our communities.
  • you are seeking personal guidance to deepen your own yoga practice/ sadhana by diving into more advanced asana, pranayama, bandha and meditation.
  • your yoga classes aren’t inspiring your own practice to deepen. When you teach regularly, your practice tends to drop to a maintenance phase. During our training, you’ll be invited further ” up the mountain” leading you further into self- discovery through the subtle tools of yoga and advanced daily practices.
  • you’d like a yoga related retreat that provides a safe supportive process beyond your teaching habits, with guidance and non judgement.- each time you become a student again, you remember how to learn and become a better teacher.

Content we’ll cover:

  • Intelligent sequencing and creative theming
  • Hone your verbal cues to preserve and deepen the yogic process and apply modern science to develop more skillful and effective teaching
  • Develop confidence and skill delivering hands-on adjustments during yoga classes, to teach, steady, ease and deepen simple and advanced yoga asanas
  • Applied yoga anatomy labs with physiotherapist and yoga therapist Liz Bennett. Demystifying the anatomy you actually need to know and covering important injury prevention for younger and older students, so you can help your students maintain a supportive lifelong practice.
  • Yoga and Samkya philosophy and the science of meditation
  • Journalling and enquiry with your personal manual/retreat journal
  • Physical endeavour and inner work combined with workshops and enquiry, exploring the deeper practices of asana, pranayama, bandha and meditation.

You can expect:

  • Rediscover the spark of change and feel the joy of connection through transformative daily practices.
  • Share your passion. Practice teaching and delivering new techniques and creative classes in a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Leave with a whole new perspective, new tools and creative inspiration.
