With Amelia Disspain and Liz Bennett

Saturday February 18th and Sunday February 19th

at Yoga Bellingen, Bellingen, NSW

This workshop is offered to help yoga teachers support their students skilfully with touch.

When applied with skill and care, touch can help students expand their physical practice and deepen their connection to their body.

You will:

  • Learn to observe patterns of tension and common “misalignments”
  • Learn to use touch in a trauma informed and pain aware context
  • Learn to support students to deepen postures where appropriate, help students find more ease in postures and use touch to bring the light of awareness to their physical practice
  • Help students build their confidence by trying new things with your support

Your journey to becoming a yoga teacher will be led by senior Yoga Teacher Amelia Disspain and Yoga Therapist and Physiotherapist Liz Bennett.

As teachers with a combined experience of over 40 years we will support you to build the skills to clearly and confidently share the practice of yoga with your community
