Balanced Practice Yoga
Total Escape Retreats

Balanced Practice Yoga offers smaller, exclusive and personalised yoga retreats for groups of 12-16 people. Our cancellation policy is in place to share the expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

Deposit fees are non-refundable. Should you no longer be able to attend a retreat with us but you find a new attendee to take your spot, your deposit is transferable to that person’s booking. If you are unable to find a replacement attendee your deposit cannot be transferred or refunded.
Full balance is due 60 days before the start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation requests due to illness, injury or other unforeseen misadventure between 30-60 days of retreat start date 50% of amount ( less deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellation requests within 29 days of your retreat; refunds cannot be given. Any refunds will incur a 2.5% processing fee.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so purchasing your own travel insurance is essential.We encourage you to purchase travel cancellation insurance in order that your travel fees will be covered should you have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Travel insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.

Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

Balanced Practice Yoga cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries.
