Iolanda’s offerings are especially supportive for those moving through transition, grief, or disconnection—those who long to feel more at home in themselves. With a background shaped by personal transformation, Iolanda walks beside her students with warmth, empathy and a lightness that welcomes both depth and joy. Whether through group classes, workshops or one-on-one sessions, her mission is to help others remember their light, reclaim their wholeness, and live from a grounded, embodied truth.
Iolanda is a heart-led yoga teacher, somatic guide, and soulful space holder offering intentional, embodied practices that support deep self-connection, emotional healing, and spiritual integration. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that the body holds our stories—and through movement, breath, and stillness, we can gently return to wholeness. What began for her as a physical yoga practice has evolved into a life-long journey of inner awakening. She now weaves together the wisdom of the 8 Limbs of Yoga with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed principles to create practices that meet the whole person—body, mind, heart and soul. Through asana, meditation, pranayama, and somatic inquiry, Iolanda creates safe and sacred spaces where individuals are invited to soften, unravel stored tension, and come home to their bodies with compassion. Her classes emphasise presence, feeling over form, and a deep listening to the body’s innate wisdom.
