Connie is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with over 25 years experience. Her main focus is Yoga for Healthy Aging, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Trauma Informed Yoga, Hatha Yoga level 1 & 2, Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Trauma, Yoga for Dementia and Chair Yoga.
Her belief is that yoga is for the wellbeing of the whole person, not only for the benefit of the physical body, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual state of the body.
